THE SPACE
Enjoy privacy and comfort in our Loft-type property with terrace and jacuzzi. With exclusive access to a private beach and the sea just 40 meters away. We offer an open space with a loft. The place comes with complete equipment with linen, bath towels, and beach towels. Also, we have a lounge with a bar-style dining area and an open concept kitchen. The terrace and access to the private beach await you.
Food preparation and general cleaning are not included, but if you need staff for this, we can coordinate it with an additional payment. We also have a butler available for emergencies or unforeseen events. The property has high-speed Starlink internet and apps on the TV for your entertainment.

MEGA HIGH SEASON
$650.000 COP per night (applied to the week of December 31st).
HIGH SEASON
$650.000 COP per night (Holy Week from June 15th to July 15th. Break Week, from December 11th to January 15th).

$550.000 COP per night (bridges throughout the year, except those in high and mega high season).
LOW SEASON
$450.000 COP per night (the rest of the year)

RESERVATIONS
Minimum stay of 3 nights, except for the week of December 31st. Holy Week, and Break Week, which require a minimum of 7 nights.
WAY TO PAY
The reservation is made with a 50% advance payment of the total value of the lodging and the remaining 50% one week before the entry date.
